MARSHMELLOW KISSES (Hong Kong) and APPLE ORCHARD (Philippines).

At the show in Kyoto Kenmi of Miniskirt will be the guest drummer for Sloppy Joe!
After the unitended destruction of all our recent recordings and some further
fruitless recording efforts, a guy called Greg is now in charge of recording.
Plans for 2007:
- release of our second album "Audrey Hepburn Kiss Me Kiss Me"
- release of some songs on compilation albums (in Spain etc.)
- live shows
2005 was a good year for MINISKIRT:
- Taisuke (ex Lost In Found, guitar) became a member of MINISKIRT. Now we are seven members.
- We played four live shows in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan:
1. "Melody Go Round" on January 22 at Club Que in Tokyo with Linus' Blanket (Korea),
Advantage Lucy, Plectrum and Lost in Found.
2. "Miniskirt Pop Party"on July 22 at Aoi Heya in Tokyo with
Bad Daughter (Taiwan), Aprils, Advantage Lucy, Dr. Usui (Motocompo), Metro and some D.J.s from Spain (Luis of Elefant Records, Guille of
La Casa Azul and La Donetes)
3. "Friends From Far Away" on September 9 at Fringe Club in Hong Kong with Bad Daughter, Marshmellow Kisses, A Company and Salt Soggy Sour (with Dejay of The Pancakes).
4. "Lobo Index"on September 10 at The Wall in Taipei with Bad Daughter and Peppermint.
- We got two new releases:
1. MINISKIRT - Woody Allen Likes Guitar Pop (Taiwanese Version), including one bonus track (Schlechte Laune), released on White Wabbit Records.
2. If I Could Write Poetry - A Tribute To The Television Personalities, including our version of "
A Good And Faithful Servant,"released on the Canadian label The Beautiful Music.
2006 started off with another MINISKIRT highlight: On February 19 we performed at Shibuya O-Nest (Tokyo) with
our heroes from Glasgow THE BMX BANDITS and our friends PLECTRUM
